How did Barton and Tarks play?

I wasn't there yesterday and I'm interested to know the opinions of those that were there on the players that came into the team? Particularly Barton and Tarkowski

They were both comfortable.
While there was no shortage of endeavour, on the whole the game was more like a final pre season friendly. That's about the best way I can sum it up in a sentence.

Well Tarks won everthing in the air and was unlucky not to score with his header that hit the post with Mannone well beaten.Joey grew into the game and it was great to see a Burnley midfield player trying to get attacks going with a forward pass.

Subjectively I thouht Tarkowski's distribution was poor. Happy to concede my ground if any objective stats show different.

Not objective stats I know, but Tarkowski is currently winning the man of the match poll with 46% of the votes.
