When was the last time we had a man sent off. Was it Mike Duff at West Ham 2 seasons ago, or have we had one since then...?

Our last red card that wasn't rescinded was Mike Duff against Huddersfield on 30th November, 2013. It was a 90+4 mins second yellow card.

He got a straight red against West Ham on May 2nd, 2015 but that was rescinded on appeal.

And that first yellow card at Huddersfield was a farce. Handball in the area giving away a penalty. The only trouble was that it was well outside the area and wasn't handball.

Ashley Barnes' red card v Everton was in April 2015 - I think that was the last one

Barnes at Everton was only a few weeks before Duff (rescinded) at WHU,so that would be the last one.

It is the next one that will be most interesting - my money would be on Joey Barton only because I think that he is an easy target for the play actors in the premier league. Think he has matured beyond all belief but some of the referees will have him in mind. Hope I am wrong.
