Should we now
Have a real go at the fa cup, i know we are not safe yet but almost! not many teams at this stage that will put out their first team and this could be a great opportunity to progress
Re: Should we now
No. Priority has got to be the league.

Re: Should we now
Could win on Tuesday with an average side. It's worth the risk.

Re: Should we now
I don't think we should, no. We're 10 points clear but even that is nothing to take for granted - still more work to be done and more points to pick up. I'd use the Sunderland replay as a chance to use players who aren't getting many minutes and to try new things. But ultimately, it's a bonus game, that's all.
Re: Should we now
I certainly want us to put a strong side out and progress in the cup. But it's also an opportunity to play players such as Barton, Tarkowski and Vokes.

Re: Should we now
Weakened 11, has to be, but to be fair we have enough quality to call on to beat Sunderland I think. 40 points is the priority no doubt but why shouldn't our 2nd string get a run at the Cup ?

Re: Should we now
We should have a real go at winning on Tuesday night - and the same again for 4th round, but Burnley v Leicester is more important than both of the next 2 cup games.Ooogeorgeorgeoghani wrote:Have a real go at the fa cup, i know we are not safe yet but almost! not many teams at this stage that will put out their first team and this could be a great opportunity to progress
Then let's see where we are in the Prem.
Edit: We won't know how many games Joey Barton will be available for until 31-Jan. That could be key.

Re: Should we now
League is priority but yes, we should go for it!
Anything is possible and why should we fear anyone? Could be one hell of a season.
