Rothmans books

Post by Cleveleys_claret » Sat Jan 14, 2017 7:46 pm

Remember when I was a kid every Christmas my parents used to buy me the latest Rothmans book. Wouldn't leave my hands for months and studied it to know every bit of info about every club.

Does anyone know why they stopped making them? Have thought about trying to recollect them all but the prices are unbelievable. These days I suppose if they were to make them the books would need to be 5 times the size due to the amount of players each club has nowadays.

Now known as the Sky Sports Yearbook and is still a feat of endurance to get through one, last years was 1056 pages.
