Another recycling day where the streets are left a mess.
They've only just been and the weathers fine, yet bags boxes and rubbish are left filling the walk ways and roads.
The people who work until late have no chance of their boxes and bags being there if the weather is anything worse than calm.

Be grateful you're not living in Conway, apparently their recycling collection is being moved to once a month and other councils in the UK are considering the same idea.
