Barrie McKay
Remember a few weeks ago I was watching the Old Firm game at Ibrox and thought this lad had something about.
Similar to a Robbie Blake type player with the ball good at his feet but also with a lot more pace than Robbie and thought he'd be a good signing.
Now just seen on SSN sources claim several Premier League teams interested in him, wouldn't be at all surprised if Dyche has been on the phone with his old pal Warburton.

I don't remember seeing anyone at Rangers recently who'd improve us.

Touche, although to nitpick a little I'd say he was improving the squad's depth rather than adding something we don't already have.ZizkovClaret wrote:Other than Barton?
As solid as he looked last night, I reckon his main role for the rest of the season is going to be as it was against Southampton where he comes on late in the game as a better option than O'Neill to see a game out once Defour's legs have been deemed to have gone.

On the topic of O'Neill, he's got some great company to learn from this season hasn't he? Hope one of Defour, Barton or even Marney (if not all) are helping him improve his game

Re: Barrie McKay
I think Barton will be one of the first names on the team sheet for our away games. Hopefully he'll add a lot more steel and nous that has often been lacking so far on the roadEnola Gay wrote:Touche, although to nitpick a little I'd say he was improving the squad's depth rather than adding something we don't already have.

Interesting, how you mention the other midfielders we've got and not the namesake of your username, who is improving game by game.HendricksHair wrote:On the topic of O'Neill, he's got some great company to learn from this season hasn't he? Hendrick isn't as experienced as the others but I suppose he could be a great help aswellmybloodisclaret wrote:Interesting, how you mention the other midfielders we've got and not the namesake of your username, who is improving game by game.
