Wenger accepts misconduct charge

Post by NRC » Thu Jan 26, 2017 11:52 am

He s quoted as saying "I'm in England in 20 years, I've seen a lot on the bench, as you certainly know." So now we know why he misses all the incidents, he's too busy watching ants on the bench, or something....

Surprised he accepted it, I was expecting him to say he didn't see it.

Has he admitted yet that it was a definite penalty to us?

Has he admitted that Arsenal scored two offside goals aganst us this season and that we had a perfectly good goal disallowed for offside (by the assistant referee who was a teacher in Lancashire) at the Turf a year or two back ?

I'd swap the FA giving Mr Wenger a gentle telling off, "please don't do it again" type of thing...

IF, they also ask Joey to give them some betting tips and tell him to "enjoy the rest of the season" with the Premier League Clarets.

Interesting view on the punishment. Tend to agree with him though

Does he start the ban today or doesn't it include the FA Cup?
