Humble apology

Post by joey13 » Thu Jan 26, 2017 2:51 pm

It was brought to my attention that a topic I started last night upset a few posters , it was only done in jest and I was just trying to lighten the mood , apologies to anyone who took offence, up the Clarets .

Apology accepted. Not that I remember the other thread, and it's pretty unlikely I was offended...

Whilst you may have done it in jest, I thought it was a valid post.

Wouldn't this board be pretty much blank if this happened every time someone took offence?

Agree, the mood needs lightening - even though we should all be thrilled with 26 points from 22 games and 13th in the Premier League and it's only January. (I'm sure some need reminding of this every now and again).

Yes, it's transfer window - and we are linked with at least 3 players today - and we might miss out on all 3, or maybe not (fingers crossed).

And, yes, Dean Marney is out injured again for second half of Prem season. He will recover - he will be back - and we will still be in the Prem next season.

What bugs me are all the duplicate threads: 2 (or 3) on Dean Marney's injury; 2 on Snodgrass - but it is as much about Brady, separate thread on Brady. And, some posters use "ambiguous" thread titles...

A little bit of lightening is certainly needed. ;) ;) ;)
