LOL Chelsea forum

Post by Firthy » Sun Feb 12, 2017 8:10 pm

Just looked at match thread on Chelsea forum. It's ******* hilarious, talk about arrogant and angry.

Here's an extract of 4 consecutive posts towards the end of the game. Obviously not all idiots, there is the odd post of reason in there.

"So many f**king fouls these c**ts "

"Dirty bunch of c**ts let's shove a late goal right up their Lancashire hotpots "

"I don't think the players have been particularly dirty."

"f**k off "

I find it hard to take fans of clubs like Chelsea seriously. I get that there are genuine fans who will support them through thick and thin but there are so many fairweather fans who don't understand anything about football. It's the same here in Spain with most young people supporting Barcelona and Real Madrid. Genuinely stunned anytime I see someone wearing a football shirt by any other team.

Jeeez. Some arrogance on that thread. It's like we played under different rules than them.
Why didn't we just invite them up and bend over for a shafting?

Surprised you said that. I only watched it on the box but I was actually praising their vocal support and their fans for the noise they made.

That forum is embarrassing for any reasonable-minded Chelsea supporter. Full of arrogance and contempt (for their opposition mainly but their own team too - for "only" drawing).

We have one of the best home records in the entire Premier League. Anybody who knows anything about football should know this and know Chelsea would have a tough game. What is there to not understand?

Just spent 10 minutes of my life reading a few pages of that forum. Hmmm, just about sums it all up to me, what a bunch of 'false' supporters. Some of those comments are just what you'd expect from these west London/ Hertfordshire types.

A million miles away from the support from CFS stand.

Spoke to a few of their fans inThe Boot after the game and they were complimentary about us. They were from Bradford and York though which puzzled me?

Mm, bit like us expecting to hammer lincoln next week, they are the best team in england and would have expecyed to beat us, imagine lincoln roughing us up, slowing down the game and limiting our shooting chances down to zero, then knocking us out, i would be on here saying how poor they were!

A right laugh that, my favourite quote amongst the hundreds:
I think it's definitely seen as one unbelievable result in Burnley as 606 has an endless stream of their fans calling in. It may even qualify as a bank holiday there in the future.
No wonder no-one likes them.

Not saying you are wrong, as I couldnt hear any noise at Watford last week. But I can only assume you were in The Bob Lord and near to their fans? Or sat in amongst their fans?

Heard a few 'Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelseas' and they were very quickly drowned out!

I sit in J Mac Upper. Chelsea made plenty of noise, as did we.
I was at Watford too and where I was stood we made plenty of noise.

We were noisy, and I even heard a bit from JML today. I couldnt hear much from Chelsea, but thats often the case in CFS. We have drowned out most away teams. Its like we are offended every time we hear them then they all surrender

Chelsea had about three chants. Plastic fans who just repeat what they see on Sky sports.

Most of them probably only support Chelsea becasue they are good on fifa.

I was sat in the centre of the jimmy Mac Upper today, so was listening to our fans and their fans fairly as the noise was coming from the same place. When comparing purely our fans in the cricket Field, and their fans, they were much louder than ours in parts when singing against each other from the same stand. Let's stop kiddingly ourselves as they were only drowned out when other stands joined in.

Don't get me wrong, when the Longside joined in, and the other stands, we totally dominated them, but their fans were very loud and for pockets right throughout the game. They were definitely louder than our fans just in the CFS, but you'd expect that from away fans, especially when they have around 1,000 more fans than us there.

Fair enough as you have a clearer 'view' than we do being in there, but next to them could barely hear them. They were on the same side of me as our fans were at Watford so maybe I just need my right ear testing :D

So they sang 'Chelsea, chelsea' etc for approx. 10 mins in the second half, and they were as loud as the CFS who sang almost continuously throughout the first half and pretty much the same again in the second, aye oh reight then. They were poor.

The thing is, they probably couldn't hear you for the same reason. When you're in the middle you only hear yourselves. We had 1,500 fans in there, but I'd imagine 500 of them don't sing. You know what it's like away, almost all the fans sing.

Our fans were pretty loud, just that they were louder(perhaps more in unison?), which for the reasons I put above re: numbers etc, should always be the case. We need the entire ground joining in more regularly against the big clubs.

Due to illness I have not been to a game for a few months.
I watched it on TV and have to say other than a few Chelsea Chants
We seemed to out sing them all game.
My main issues is when i am well enough to go on the Turf
do I as we have not lost once whilst I have not been gong.
Hopefully by the time I have had my operation we will be safe and I can go on.

Is there actually anything wrong with our pitch other than it was a bit wet? The way they're going on about it you'd think we made them play the game down Townley Park.

When I looked at the thread was surprised to see so many criticising the pitch. It didn't look at it's best on MOTD not been on since Sunderland what is it like now? I don't think it's as bad as they made out but certainly not at it's best at the moment. By the way that thread was similar to what our match thread will look like should we not beat Lincoln on Saturday.

 I wouldn't be surprised if Dyche didn't order it to be messed up a little. When you look at pitches from years ago it looks in fantastic condition even now, despite some horrible weather of late.

Just read that forum, my word, there is some real anger on there. They are 10 points clear, after a draw against a team with excellent home form. Not bad really.

I can understand disappointment in not getting more, but the criticism of the players, Conte's tactics and the Burnley's style of play is embarrassing.

It was like reading BRFCC.

They call Burnley thugs, playing the long ball with 'Zero Quality'... unfortunately we don't a multi-billionaire owner and world class players at our disposal.

Its like they don't know football. Its like me commenting on American Football, Rugby or Baseball, pretending to have some tactical knowledge on the sport and pointing the obvious, then and blaming it on the reason why the random team I have chosen to support isn't winning for that particular reason and getting upset about it.

It wasn't a dig. And no, I didn't 'miss it'. What I did/do miss, not just yesterday, but in general, is any noise coming from other parts of the ground, other that the CFS and JH. It is always going to be difficult to 'drown out' a noisy away support, but I think the CFS do a pretty good job.

That's all.

We should all go there and apologise for Burnley not playing a style of football that Chelsea can win against.

Apart from one shot and a free kick Burnley have not done anything up front. We haven't been at our best but the conditions are appalling, the pitch is a cow field and most players have been below par. One point is better than no points.

Seems we wasted our money on the pitch or maybe as can be seen from other comments, they were at the wrong game. Probably arm chair fans watching on TV

Unfortunately I couldn't make the game, but Burnley fans sounded great on TV. Only heard Chelsea fans very occasionally and, apart from when they scored, our fans usually drowned them out.

When I said $hittest, I meant it, I sit in the CFS and from in there comparing them to most away fans we`ve had this season I think that hands down they were the poorest at getting behind their team apart from the 5 minutes after they scored, they didn`t seem to know how to support them cos let`s face it, most Chelski fans only jumped on Roman`s bandwagon a few years ago when it became "Trendy" to tell everyone you`re a Chelsea fan.
They have about 3 stock songs even at home which they churn out on the odd occasion when they are actually facing the pitch.
