Re: BREXIT 2?
Brexit 2 won't be good for the Uk and the economy ( of Blackburn), we need to stay united and work together, our unrivalled rivalry keeps the local economy dynamic, without our Lancastrian neighbours we will plummet into a black hole of meaningless existence. Vote Remain.

But this would make us free to negotiate rivalrys with other clubs. Prelimery talks are going well with both Manchester City and Middlesborough.

Re: BREXIT 2?
I'm hearing rumours talks with Boro have stalled and may be resumed in the summer dependant on what league they're in.yorkyclaret wrote:But this would make us free to negotiate rivalrys with other clubs. Prelimery talks are going well with both Manchester City and Middlesborough.
Garlick is keeping his options open however and has sounded out Brighton as a possible alternative, but again this is dependant on how the season ends.
We just need to be aware that we may miss out on both targets and any suggestions for a 3rd option would be greatly appreciated by the board.
Re: BREXIT 2?
We can sign rivalry deals with as many clubs as we like after Brexit2.
I understand that Blackburn Rovers are trying to form an alliance with Accrington Stanley in the hope of increasing their significance on the world stage. The word is, they're trying to get their own milk advert.

Re: BREXIT 2?
We have rivalries this season with 19 other Premier League clubs.
We have the possibilities of extending our competitive rivalries to include other successful clubs across the European continent and beyond.
Of course, we will always look fondly on the activities of the smaller clubs - especially those that can provide development opportunities (loans, transfers, feeder club status) for our successful professional footballers.

Re: BREXIT 2?
Don't forget the customary pre-season friendly with the lower league local clubs.
