Team for today...
Heaton
Darikwa, Keane, Tarkowski, Flanagan, Gudmundsson, Westwood, Barton, Arfield
Gray, Vokes
Pope injured in training yesterday and Heaton called back into squad.
With a team that could easily compete in the Championship I can only see a good Burnley win.
I'm opting for a 5/6-1 to Burnley type match with the Imps just not being able to match our fitness later in the game.

Certainly a strong side. If we have the game wrapped up by the hour, get Gray and Barton off.

You'd hope it was and that we could go into "training ground" mode. But the cup always springs surprises and we could have a real battle on.FactualFrank wrote:Certainly a strong side. If we have the game wrapped up by the hour, get Gray and Barton off.

Hopefully he can get on for a decent cameo - similar to Jays season in the "Capital Punishment" - maybe even bag a Fulham type goal..taio wrote:Spot on again

Theyre a physical side but not bad either quite quick. Expect our fitness to count second half.

Re: Team for today...
So post game:
Everyone relatively happy with this line up pre-game no mass objections. Cup team has fluctuated somewhat but generally a mix of 1st team & squad players who've gotten us the results that lead us this far.
Which is I feel let down more by the players complacent and lackluster performance of the players than anything Dyche setting us up for this game.

Re: Team for today...
Was as strong a line up as we expected. Should have been enough.
