I hope that is nothing like he said to the players in the dressing room.

Well said Sean. A bit of common sense among the headless chickens.

When we have the injuries and the suspension cleared up at least 6 players walk back into our starting line-up.

Lincoln have effectively just knocked our reserve team out of the FA Cup.

Not sure Sean would get away with saying that though.

Reserve team?

Other than the full backs and maybe Arfield that starting lineup wouldn't have looked that out of place in a Premier League game

Good. The last thing we want is lumpy carpets.

The home crowd was too quiet. The pitch is shot. Burnley fans were too arrogant in the build up. Oh, and Tuddy sat in the wrong seat. No wonder....

UTC!

This. Barnes in for Vokes and Mee in for Tarky is hardly improving the starting 11 by enough to consider it a mega improvement. In fact, Vokes is sometimes a better option than Barnes, same too with Tarky over Mee.

Nowhere near a reserve team.

Defour, Brady, Lowton, Mee, Ward and Hendrick all would start normally.

At least Rhead didn't score the winner.

A Matt finish would have really topped it all off.

Excellent response from Dyche. Very respectful to Lincoln too, which is important.

What a class manager we have. Fancy us strongly at Hull.

He said....."We didn't have the cutting edge at key times to open them up"......

But in truth Sean, with Boyd and Arfield on the flanks we'd struggle to open anyone up.

Massively disrespectful to Lincoln to start talking about it being our reserve squad or half of our reserve squad... whatever. It was a starting eleven and bench that should have walked all over Lincoln.

We got what we deserved and a massive well done and good luck to Lincoln.

Didn't we have those two out wide for most of last season? And I seem to recall we made a few chances - especially over the last 23 games or so.

Roughly translates as dyche couldn't care less about the cup competitions. I'm sure that's at odds with many Burnley fans, esp the old schoolers..
