Using subs, Sean's Achilles heel

Sean has had issues who and when to use subs.
Last night the game was crying out for Wardy at half time to replace a very inept Flanaghan and San Agyei to replace the totally ineffectual Arfield.
Sometimes; like Barnes on v Palace he gets it right.
Yesterday , he didn't.

All ifs buts & maybes. When it comes good eg Barnes it's a masterstroke when reflecting on a loss it's easy to say this that or other should have been done. In truth you never really know but get the praise or criticism depending on the result.
