Depends if he's actually allowed to dismantle the squad as he sees fit.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Shackell leave though.

He did well at Burton, and was steady, but not spectacular, at Birmingham. He seems like a decent appointment for Derby. But the question is, will he be given time to be effective? Morris seems to be incapable of sticking with a Manager. He might be rich, but he's not all that savvy about Football, it seems.

He hauled Birmingham from no hoper to 3 points off the top. Given the state of that club in recent years, it could be considered spectacular!

No nonsense from him and a total rebuild from the cushy life. Derby have hope.
