Or Alternatively :

1.Purchase one catheter.

2.Plug in (very gently) when in bed.

3.Go to sleep.

4 After 8 hours of wonderful Zs Wake up.

5.Remove catheter.

Job done, been using this method since I was a babe in arms I'm now 136.

..Can't see what the problem is.


Ps: Dont try this at home..or any where else come to that :D

More salt consumption = greater thirst = drink more = pee more. Q.E.D.

Why the need for a study, especially one about the bleedin' obvious ?

Do something useful please.
