Only if you don't know how to avoid Jet Lag.

My mum flew to Canada for an xmas party one weekend and was back in work for the Monday, no jet lag suffered.

It can last a day, a week or not get it at all if done correctly.

I went to the states and didn't get any.

So he went out last Thursday. Plenty of time to go there, have a nice time, head back and be fully recovered. No problem

I have had it sometimes and not others. Horrendous when you do get it though. But usually wears off after a couple of days.
