Loyalty points
What qualifies for 3,000 or 5,000 points ?
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Loyalty points
5,000 points get earlier access to tickets than 3,000 does.

Does anyone know what the away stand at Palace is like and how difficult it is to get there by car or train ?

Seating is crap - at one end of a stand down the sideBlackrod wrote:Does anyone know what the away stand at Palace is like and how difficult it is to get there by car or train ?
Getting there by car - dreadful
Getting there by train - good, three stations all within a short walking distance - Selhurst, Norwood Junction and Thornton Heath

Always used Norwood junction, few pubs en route to the ground. It is not an easy ground to get to.
Re: Loyalty points
Overground stations as posted. Driving there is a nightmare. Parking equally so.Blackrod wrote:Does anyone know what the away stand at Palace is like and how difficult it is to get there by car or train ?

Re: Loyalty points
I think the points system began in 2004, so if you have 5,000+ points that's a fair old commitment, and 3,000 points isn't bad either.

Re: Loyalty points
There was a year when they doled out bonus loyalty points for the ST - I think it was quite a lot, 600 extra points or something.Claretforever wrote:I think the points system began in 2004, so if you have 5,000+ points that's a fair old commitment, and 3,000 points isn't bad either.

Re: Loyalty points
System came in around March 2005 and all existing season tickets were given 350 points to start it off. If you've had a season ticket every season since you will automatically have 350 x 13 plus the bonus points that were added a few seasons ago although I'm not sure it was as many as 600.Claretforever wrote:I think the points system began in 2004, so if you have 5,000+ points that's a fair old commitment, and 3,000 points isn't bad either.

Re: Loyalty points
It was 1,000 points just before the 2012/2013 season - quite generous really.ClaretTony wrote:System came in around March 2005 and all existing season tickets were given 350 points to start it off. As an added incentive, all new and existing season ticket holders will this year receive 1,000 bonus loyalty points, increasing your chances of getting a ticket for the BIG away games.

Re: Loyalty points
So it's only this season that you'd reach the magic 5000 points by only supporting the clarets at home. 12 x 350 + 1000 = 5200
I've got over 6800 though, so does that mean at 10 points per cup and away game that I've been to 160 other games since 2005. So around 13 a year?
