Does anyone know of best way to get to bergamo airport from milan on sunday morning? Flight is at 7am so will need to be there for 530 latest.
And its the morning after the day before (milan derby) so should be entertaining
Looks like public transport starts at 530.
Thanks in advance.

I'm going to Milan everyone.
I'll pretend that I can't find the information out for myself, even though I'm well travelled in many European countries and give out advice and tips to others.

You have a kind of dyslexia in travelling places maybe.....i would imagine asking directions at the last minute in a foreign land a bit daunting especially if you have deadlines and schedules to meet so asking in advance seems quite reasonable....time tables for transport is bad enough most of the times so additional info is a plus.

Yep. Person in question is going to the milan derby that afternoon then has to fly back at 7am next morming. Bergamo airport is 60 miles away from milan.
Probably public transport running. But google suggests it starts late. So you never know. Someone on here might have, you know been on the same route at a similar time.

Foreign travel is easy usually. But thats if you dont need specific schedules and times etc. Which i tend to avoid. Just go with the flow.

He can't tell the difference between the vast amount of different people in Asia.
Chinese, Japanese and Korean all look the same to him.
He can't even tell the different characteristics between the different people of the Indian sub continent, who he gets curries off and are friends of his.

Probably as racist as it gets.
But Cricketfield 'liked' you so it's no bother.
You can only be racist against Pakistanis.

if you search for Bergamo airport and go onto their site, look under Passengers and then Transportation / Bus; you will then have a list of all the bus companies running to the airport; there are several and there is the TERRAVISION as mentioned before; open it up and although it is in italian there is a PDF at the bottom of the page with the timetable; there looks to be one at 04.30 that'll get your friend there for 05.30.

I've done this trip but not at such an early hour. I wouldn't book in advance though unless one company is the only one operating at that time. That way they can just get on the first available bus rather than wait for a specific one. The other option is to get the train from Milan to Bergamo and stay the night in Bergamo then taxi to the airport.
