all the foreign owners moving the premier league abroad? For a game, season or forever?
I presume any proposal brought forward would just be voted on and the foreign chairmen outnumber their English counterparts so could do it.

Re: What's to stop
us, the fans, you can tamper with the game by having far eastern or american owners keeping their grubby hands on the reins, but shifting it abroad would be an immediate halt on their shoddy business. It has to be a homegrown spectacle or it wont work.

We will probably find out if there's an Elite European league created in the future.
The big clubs themselves clearly still have some misgivings about it or it would've happened by now.

TV viewings and sponsors are the main sticking points. Does anyone know the Champions league viewers Vs the Premier league?Sidney1st wrote:We will probably find out if there's an Elite European league created in the future.

Any club that runs off to a superleague should be told "Thank you and goodbye", no way back.Sidney1st wrote:We will probably find out if there's an Elite European league created in the future.

However many teams they have somebody is going to finish bottom and watch their gates tumble.
