Tinypic let me down badly last year. Had no such problems since moving to http://imgur.com

beneath the input box, click on "full editor& preview.
On the new page, click on "attachments".
click on "add files".
find your image and double click it.
When it has uploaded you get a tick next to "status".
click on "place inline". it should appear in the input box with "attachment" before and after.
click "Submit"
you're done.
