In case any of you lot were on this train, it's been cancelled without any apparent notice due to engineering works.

Darren Bentley having an argument with virgin customer care. Selling tickets for a train they weren't even sure would run! Ridiculous.

So long as Virgin don't adopt United Airlines' approach to "involuntarily re-accommodating passengers" you will be fine.
