I used to love doing this as a kid, haha. There's a video on YouTube of the evolution of FIFA and it's really astounding to see the progress made in graphics and gameplay.

FIFA has changed a lot over the years, but the best/easiest way to score a goal always used to be from running at the goal at an angle and smashing it in, the keepers couldn't stop them.

They only changed that in the last few years and made it harder to score from those angles.

I haven't really played any football games since World Cup 98. That was a beautiful game. Wasn't better than Sensible Soccer though.

Yes, I remember that. I used to have a lot of luck with Rolando Bianchi who I signed for Burnley. Back to goal, swivel and hit it. Went in most of the time. Think he was the Premier League top scorer :)
