The Venkys could still save Rovers

Post by RalphCoatesComb » Tue May 09, 2017 1:24 pm

After all that they have done, and we must applaud their commitment to throwing huge sums of money into a huge cesspit, they are still business people who want some kudos out of their dealings.

Obviously, they couldn't get much more kudos from their efforts from Clarets around the World but, beware, they may have a plan !

A plan to bring in a "real" manager, like the one that they had when they arrived.

A plan to throw Millions at the Club, to bring in Messi and Ronaldo (and Shebby's brother to keep them within the FFP rules)

A plan to fight Man Citeh and Chelski for the Premier League within two years

Then again, they might just be a shower of *u*kwits who don't give a flying fox about Uncle Jack and his cronies !

Watch this space, watch for... "The Return of The Venkys"

I wonder if they've planned for a wage bill that can't exceed the clubs income?

A scary thought. I'm sure Messi would take a drop in pay, providing his family get a life-long supply of chicken drumsticks. I have a little smile to myself every time I think of fat Dunny tucking into his Venkys chicken

Whisper it quietly without Rovers fans hearing but right now the Venkys are the ONE thing between them and complete oblivion.

Given their debt and spending commitments, without the Venkys Rovers WILL fold.

They're doing their "best" (pathetic as protest movements are) to push those nice Indian investors out of the door. :o

I was quite disappointed to hear that they were still going to fund the slow motion car crash that is the Rovers. I was hoping they would say "bollocxs to it, we're off" and show the ungrateful morons how bad things really are without their financial support.
