Was around 80th just before Christmas, but following a winter break for my squad in Dubai, they've managed to secure a top 30 spot.

Every time I have a bright idea to bring a player in the real manager decides it is time to give them a rest or worse still drop them, if neither of these happen then they get injured in training and another transfer is wasted. In summary I am average at best at most things!
