Bottom of Lyndhurst Road where it meets Todmorden Road.

If its been a while since you lived here then you will probably know it as a carwash on Tod Rd. However that has now been knocked down and replaced with an Aldi

It's been going on for years in various forms.

It's hard to tell from that footage if she did it on purpose, but if she legged it when told there was footage then it's a fair guess that it was done on purporse.

The usual raft of anti-Burnley comments follow after the story, mostly from neighbours in nearby cesspits (sorry towns). Such as:

"It's Burnley. There are more claims firms in that Farmyard than anywhere else in the country. Her benefits should now go to whatever damage she caused to the car. The whole town should be sealed. Nobody in or out, other than service companies. E.g. B&M bargains & Iceland.

and

"Worst mistake they ever made was building slip roads off the M65 to let people out of Burnley.

Burnleyist remarks of the worst kind.

Get her in to replace Keane with that sort of bravery!

Puts Ben Mee to shame!

Best decision ever made was to extend the M65 past Blackburn.

These aren't accidents, they're throwing themselves into the road! Throwing themselves into the road gladly to escape all this hideousness! Throw yourself into the road, darling, you haven't got a chance!

Maybe she'd had thoughts of becoming a blackburn fan and couldn't handle it any longer.

She possibly mis judged the speed of the carr, how far away she was form the curb. Her first thought could have been running for it but still got clipped. First thing you would do instinctively is run forwards, not back.

That may be the case but why do a runner when it was pointed out that there was footage of it?

Throwing yourself in front of cars is rife in China. Plenty of footage of them doing it at low speeds then reluctantly getting up when it's pointed out they've been caught on camera.

This one's a bit odd. Looks to me like they were trying to make it to the kerb and do their best to get out of the way. Very odd that they ran off though which is where the suspicion comes from I suppose

With the current tightening of Benefits, it might be easier for young girls to earn money getting knocked down, rather than getting knocked up.

I can't help thinking of players like Zaha, Young, Olsen, Costa, Sanhez etc and how they could earn a living when they retire (Not that they would need to).

I think she simply underestimated the speed of the car. There is no evidence this was deliberate. If it was....why isn't she claiming? Just another crap DM story.
