So after discussing a few Churchillian rallying calls during past Sunday league games, I thought it'd be good to share...
I'll start with 'IT'S STILL 0-0!' - usually exclaimed when the winning team is 1, 2 or even 3-0 up in an attempt to maintain utter concentration and focus.
Also '(COLOUR) HEAD ON THIS!' to ensure that said coloured head is first to the ball, direction of the header not important.
My own faux pas was when at under 13 level, when I really wanted one of our own team to head the ball first from an opposition goal kick, instead of shouting 'MEET THE BALL (FIRST)', I actually screamed 'MEAT BALL'! - being northern it's not necessary to pronounce the word 'the', hence the error. We lost 8-2...

My own favourite was when my sons team were 8-0 down last year, my son scored in the last few minutes with a shout from me of 'we can still win this' as they took the kick off.
