He came on trial in pre-season with the dev squad in 2014 according to the Tamworth manager at the time. He even said that a deal had been agreed. Then he suddenly signed for Bolton.

Almost as if they have been artificially lifted far higher than a village team would ever normally reach through the injection of vast reserves of cash by a rich man to use as his plaything.

Forest Green have been at level 5 for nearly twenty years and Vince bought control of the club in 2010 after the club nearly folded.
They are an interesting club.
