Post by Saxoman » Sun May 21, 2017 7:13 pm

The final table I mean. Jointly the worst team not to be relegated.

And looking on the bright side, you can be happy that (albeit in a much lower standard of football) you were the best side to to be relegated. I'm pleased that you're pleased.

Could've been worse, we could've gone down on goal difference.

The key word here is "not to be relegated".

You've been safe for about 10 games. No real pressure, just playing for how high you could finish and prize money.. Oh dear.. :)

Hope u start next season as you've ended this.. :D

Don't be worrying about us Saxo. We are fine. Absolutely fine. In fact we are so fine our summer "problems" are going to be which quality players we can sign. Can we move to the next level next year? Do we get £25m or £30m for Keane? It's going to be a tough one. If only we had it easy like your Rovers boys.

No one is safe until the numbers confirm it.

Prize money?
Have you seen how much we got for the season and what we get for next season?
A few million missed out on isn't the end of the world for a club that's run within its means.

To think that we used to think the £30 million that the Walker Trust held for Wovers was a considerable amount of money. Nowadays it really is small beer

I assume rovers are looking at him. Don't know nothing about league one, don't care. Sure TM knows his stuff and will get us out of it as soon as poss.

Brave? Not at all. You obviously can't take having your leg pulled and now have to be all intimidatory. Poor form.
