Anyone else experiencing this?
I expected a few days of chaos but blimey!
Even I am starting to get tense at the sound of helicopters and sirens.
It doesn't help with my son still going to school everyday doing his GCSE's in
Hulme/Moss Side. My daughter has just arrived at Piccadilly Railway station.
What's blocked/happening where is an hourly question.
Anyone else getting more tense rather than less.....or do I need to see my GP?

The arrest in Hulme wasn't related to the attack on Monday, the GM Police reported the man was arrested for possession of cannabis

And the bomb squad/30 police cars/umpteen armed officers earlier outside the college campus near Royce Rd?
and what's going on at the mo on Lloyd St North?
This is just Hulme!
I think I need some of that cannabis...
On the bright side...no helicopter sounds for at least one hour

. would be more concerned if there wasn't a large police presence given those terror devils struck only a few days ago.

I must admit it had quietened down to about one raid per day.
But it's off again big style around the Curry Mile.

Just going back to how Moss side used to be isn't it?

Except we are talking about Rusholme here.
Over the past fortnight we have had police vans from everywhere.
But I must say Lancashire Constabulary got here very quick today, thank you.

I go to Rusholme almost every week. But it doesnt surprise me that there and Cheetham Hill have harboured some of these *****.
In the main some good people there and some great food places. But its not hard to imagine its also the sort of place perfect for this type of ****.
