A few stories suggesting Fletcher wants north of 70k a week to stay at West Brom.

The issue with this league, if your not willing it to pay it, someone else will!

Didn't he have a debilitating illness for a significant period of time? Hardly 'injured'.

Think he had a serious illness whilst at United, rather than a poor injury record.

Slightly surprising move as he seems like exactly the kind of player who would fit into the Pulis system. Although after a very good season maybe they are thinking in terms of upgrading.

As for Stoke under Hughes they have it would seem been trying to shed the Pulis-era image. Thought they looked a pale imitation of an archetypal Stoke side when they came to TM - maybe this is a case of going back to basics.

Good signing if he stays fit and available.

Spoke very well about his illness on radio not long ago. Played well for WBA when I saw him too

VEry good signing for Stoke. Would have loved us to be in for him but unlikely even on a free.

who knows Adam and Allen may be surplus now? Although doubt we would have a chance with Allen.

Allen will be alongside Fletcher, rather than instead of. No chance. Adam and Whelan maybe.
