Dyche to go to Palace. Given the next fav is 8/1 and oddschecker normally getting it spot on, i think we must concede his departure

Would this be the first time a manager has been close to even money and not got the job? I don't know, why don't we ask the previous manager, Sean O'Driscoll?

Gary Monk was odds on for three jobs last week. Has he taken them all yet?

Ladbrokes were 1/2 on him going, they're now 5/6. Those odds are irrelevant.

the odds on oddschecker mean nothing...even the betfair market gets it wrong most times....I have seen 3 or 4 managers at odds on for the same position on numerous occasions...dont back the short odds....lay them.....I guarantee laying all managers at odds on over a season would win you good money.

Within the last 7 days Gary Monk was 4/1 ON to take over at Crystal Palace with William Hill.

Post number 147 on the original Dyche-----Palace thread. SD was 11/2 with the same firm.

Answer me this did Lee Clark ever become Burnley manager? When he was at Huddersfield he was 1/4 to be next Burnley after Laws' departure
