Alistair Campbell makes me laugh

I know he is the self appointed number 1 Burnley fan and his passion for the Clarets is as great as any other but when you look at his career I see shady bits. Did he write made up horny stories in a magazine called Forum in the early seventies before he got a bit part on a lefty paper and then through his natural charisma, don't like saying it but he does have it, started reviewing the papers on the BBC early news prog years ago in fact the morning after beating York, super Johnny Francis, he was doing the review and he really did us proud, all sorts of **** going on on the world but he stunned the studio when he said that the biggest story overnight was Burnley's rise from the fourth division. So here I am I love him and hate him, can't do with Blair the Mass Murderer and Alistair's political anchor but he is so BURNLEY, he's on the telly right now and that's prompted this, bit of a Sophie's Choice.

The guy was complicit, and event helped craft the lies that led to the Iraq invasions and the deaths of hundreds of thousands. But "he's so Burnley" so all is forgiven? lol. no.

But we MUST like him, he's a Burnley fan. The same as we have to like Prince Charles because he likes Burnley too.

All the people who protect him on here are the same people that would rip him to pieces if his shirt was of blue and white halves.

No doubting his passion for BFC but he was implicit in the Iraq affair. I would prefer he wasn't associated with us and he should be keeping a low profile not constantly trying to raise it.

With every job he's had there has been trouble. Even the Rugby Lions Tour of 2015 that he was involved with was shrouded in controversy and was one of the most troublesome tours in history with plenty of back stabbing!
