Great Credit to Mighty Burnley .

Post by davemanu2000 » Sun Aug 27, 2017 7:54 pm

I could not see the match live in Mauritius . Only I got the result at the end . it was a fantastic one . Two away games against two top clubs and earning four points is a great achievement .Steadily Burnley are becoming mightier and soon they will be transformed into a greater football club as in the 60s .
i was right when earlier I had predicted that our club will be one among the best 10 clubs in England . It is will not too long to materialize .
Only on one humble point i need some clarification . How is it that we lost against WBA which is not being considered as a big club . Did our players were on off days or we were unlucky not to score despite all our efforts ?

Dave - Unfortunately against West Bromwich whilst we had 20 efforts at goal, none of them were on target.

WAN defended very well and stole a goal with their one lucky bounce.
