Replacement van speakers

I've just got a new van and the current speakers in it are shocking so looking to change them.

Anyone know how easy it is to change them and wheres the best place to buy some, cant find any information anywhere about it (2015 Kangoo)

Ebay is your best bet, cheaper and more variety than Halfords. Also a lot more efficient and helpful.

You should be able to find what size speakers are fitted by having a browse of the internet.
