... sounds like the best pancake filling ever!
I've got a sweet tooth - so am going with strawberries, vanilla ice cream and Baileys

Unlike that strange person above ( !aiboforceN ), I am a traditionalist, so it is sugar and lemon juice for me then strawberries, vanilla ice cream and Baileys for pudding

I'm picking up the stuff on the way home from work tonight.
My ex doesn't make them so for years I've missed out if I've forgotten, which I usually do.
My turn to have my daughter tonight, so I'll be introducing her to them for the first time

Pancake Day is always difficult for me, as my friend was killed by a steamroller.

Yes. Going to eat a hilariously large amount of cheese ones for my tea, then some lemon & sugar and/or nutella ones for pudding.

Used to have them as a kid each Pancake Day. Haven't really continued the tradition as an adult. It won't be today but I might make some later this week. I have fond memories of a beautiful stack of pancakes when I went to the USA.

Put it in a tuppaware container and then in the freezer.
I made Lady G blueberry pancakes this morning, without actually realising it was Pancake Day.

I'm hoping none of my " racing friends " spot this , others wise I'm sure I'll be interrogated as to why I'm posting about pancakes and the use of sour cherries as a filling, oh and whether I'm a Burnley fan!!

Normally yes but we're both trying to lose some weight for our Sons up and coming wedding. Reading what everyone's having in theirs has had my stomach rumbling. Enjoy everyone.

Made some this evening for 2 of our grandkids.
Served with blackcurrant jam, caramel ice cream and caramel sauce.
Ryley the 6 year old said 'Thanks Grandad, that was the best pudding I have had, EVER'!
Made my day
