West Ham ticket question
Me and my son don’t get to many games, in fact we’ve only been able to go to Spurs at home this season (I know - what a terrible game to choose!). So we’ve been getting quite excited about going up to London for the West Ham game on the weekend, also because we’ll visit an old friend in London village.
I realised this morning that the tickets haven’t come yet. So I checked emails and purchase history. Nothing. I hate that BFC ticket website. I definitely bought tickets, and definitely put my card details etc, but nothing. My own stupid fault for not double checking.
So, my question is what’s the best way to get hold of 2 tickets? I’m going to phone the club, but don’t expect much help. There’s bound to be some people that can’t go, and want to get rid of tickets outside the turnstiles - right?

We've sold out - you won't get any outside the turnstiles

There was a similar post yesterday about them thinking they’d purchased tickets through the website but then finding out they hadn’t

Seems that a couple of people have reported this to the ticket office but in both cases they'd selected the tickets which have then gone into their basket but they've not gone beyond that to actually purchase them.wilks_bfc wrote:There was a similar post yesterday about them thinking they’d purchased tickets through the website but then finding out they hadn’t

Mine haven’t turned either. Fortunately I have the email confirmation. Rang club, West Ham will reprint it to collect there.

For me, I entered my card details, and had the confirmation on screen, but didn’t check for the email. My own fault, but still frustrating. I’ll take my chances outside the turnstiles, if anyone has a spare ticket, I’ll be there at 2:30 in a big red coat!

In my experience there's a pretty good chance you'll be able to get sorted. Try and keep your eyes peeled for the supporters clubs turning up they could be your best chance.Claret in the Ninch wrote:For me, I entered my card details, and had the confirmation on screen, but didn’t check for the email.
