Good luck to both of them. They both have contributed someways in getting our club to where it is now. And both speak fondly of their time at Bfc.

That title sounds like a 'Menage aux Trois' Porn film.

Edgar has done incredibly well to even be playing football again - he was all but written off when he had that accident in Dec 2016. His hopes are to get back into the MLS so this is a key move for him to try and get back there.

Good luck to him. Didn't realise he'd played so many games for us. He knew how to party.ClaretTony wrote:Edgar has done incredibly well to even be playing football again - he was all but written off when he had that accident in Dec 2016. What on earth happened to Eagles? I'm definitely not gonna pretend he was a consistent world beater week in week out but he definitely proved good enough for Championship level. That goal at Brammal Lane, ripped Arsenal to pieces on Turf, an absolute belter away at Coventry. On his day he was great at that level, one of the best wide players in the league during our promotion season. 2 years later he couldn't even find a club, trials all over the place, short term deals at Blackpool, Accy etc.
''''''''''''Eagles was named Player of the Month by the fans for August, September and October of the new season. He finished the 2012–13 season as Bolton's top goalscorer with twelve goals, and also created the most number of goals, with twelve assists.[39] His form in April earned him a nomination for the Championship Player of the Month award''''''''''''''''''''''''
12 goals, 12 assists, player of the month 3 times in one season for Bolton in the Championship yet couldn't even earn a contract at a club 1 year later and ended up being deemed not good enough for League Two 2 years after leaving Bolton.

Re: ARTICLE: Edgar Enters – Eagles Exits
I remember eagles having a fantastic day at Watford too. Almost single handily winning us the game.
This was in 2016 so perhaps later than his demise but after leaving Bolton and the shenanigans at bury this probably didn't help him: https://www.thesun.co.uk/archives/footb ... g-a-child/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I'd have him back in our squad in his prime for sure, shame he left us and joined the dark side, he'd be a better player now and would probably flourish with Dyche.
I think Edgar made a decision early in life between hockey and football, makes you wonder if he wishes sometimes he went into hockey. I always liked him at Burnley and thought he suffered somewhat being part of a leaky defence at the time..makes you realise now how much of a difference it was to the back 4 bringing Dyche in.

Re: ARTICLE: Edgar Enters – Eagles Exits
I'm sure Eagles had some personal problems which affected him.
