I sleep with ear plugs in, the Mrs reckons the baby wakes up quite often in the night but I've never heard a thing.
To be fair I'm a terrible sleeper and live on a main road so needs must.

My Jack Russell bitch, Rosie, spent the night under my bed, whining at the noise.

I'm in the Philippines right now and it's monsoon/ typhoon season. I've seen thunderstorms in the UK but some of the stuff I'm experiencing here is on another level.

His chariots of wrath the deep thunderclouds form,
And dark is His path on the wings of the storm.

Thunder and lightning very little rain and none for the first hour or so - some of the rumbles lasted well over 20 seconds

Slept through both this week without a flinch. The wife on the other hand said she lost loads of sleep, the other night were apparently worse than last night.

I didn't hear the one a few nights ago. But couldn't believe that last night. I woke up literally saying WHAT THE **** IS THAT!
Sounded like a plane had landed in the loft!
