Actually didn’t realise just how bad the record was. One win in 45 years.
I thought that it was bad but not that bad. Even when we were top of the league they tubbed us.
I can’t imagine we have a worse record against any other team with the possible exception of Wolves?
Believe we also have a strangely very bad record against Wigan but haven’t played them half as much.
At least we started well vs city. Anyone remember them games ?

We did get a famous win at Maine Road in 1960 it's worth remembering
Yes for some reason they always seem to hit form and take their chances against us, and like Arsenal they seem to have the Indian sign over us.
Today might be a blessing in disguise, because the last time we beat City in the league we went down, I'll happily trade shipping 5 at the Etihad year after year if we remain at the top table.

Said to my mates earlier obviously they’re unreal but no other team has a record anything like ours, must be a real head ache for Dyche

I think we need to see our record against them in the Charity Shield and they are not beating us in that are they, I was there 0-1 to us at Maine Road, puts all the rest of the defeats in perspective

Said on another thread, it’s got in their heads now. It’s just total fear from the kick off.
Liverpool are at least as good a side, but we usually at least give them a decent game.

And would have been offside.
He had some kind of cloaking device disabling the lino's ability to spot offsides.

We usually give a good account at all the ‘top’ teams apart from City.

Our next following to the Etihad will be interesting, 1500 tops I reckon.

March 1999 was one of the more difficult to watch.

Seems our best results were in the first season with Sean in the Prem when we got relegated 2014-15. I'll settle for the thumping, if it means we stay up.

Wasn't that just after we got hammered by Gillingham? I remember some absolute shockers that season. Was very hard watching at times

We also won there 1-0 in the Charity Shield, 1973.
