Bale

Post by Terrier » Sun Dec 06, 2020 7:18 pm

Is there a reason he is not in the first team, if his wage bill is to be believed you would think he would be first name on the team sheet!

It's a long season especially trying to win the league so his time will come. For now the whole first team and its structure is working like a dream so he will have to bide his time

Why change what's working, and it's hard to argue it's not working at Spurs. That said he's a great option for Jose to have if needed.

Dunno how fit he is either, he was injured when he signed so no point rushing him if not needed.

I'm sure his title winning experience will come in handy at the sharp end of the season.

£600,000 a week with spurs paying half of that sum to sit on his jacksie, no wonder we struggle to compete!

Seems to decide himself whether he can be arsed playing. Hardly ever plays, says he prefers playing for Wales than his club team... waste of space.

To be honest I don’t think we were in for him

Having him around will no doubt make the rest up their game

Just my opinion but I think Spurs are only contributing towards his wages when he’s playing. Makes sense for Spurs to protect themselves for such an injury prone player, and let’s face it, Real just wanted shot of him. Spurs probably can’t afford to play him until stadiums are full again/his Madrid contract expires.

Nonsense. He’s done it time and again on the biggest stage for Real Madrid.
