Massive congratulations to Accy Claret Trevor Foster, who finished as Top amateur and winner of the prestigious silver medal at the Senior's Open at Sunningdale over the weekend.
I know that we've plenty of golf fans on here who will know what a massive achievement this was for Trev.

he was quite well known when I played golf 20 years ago, im sure he played in The Open many years ago?

Trevor was Greenkeeper and then Steward at Accy. Great player - his daughter too!

Trevor played a record number of times for Lancashire, his daughter played golf for England
