Any idea when “seat swaps” can expect their new cards? Just asking on behalf of my son-in-law.

Are we all on the old cards this season? I seem to remember that the last time they said that we were all issued new ones..

My brother is on a new card next season because of a change of category and he’s not received his yet

Not sure it's the same thing, but I got my grandson his first season ticket and that hasn't come yet, so wouldn't worry just yet

I arranged a seat swop for my step son and was told the new card would be issued in July.

For season tickets last year, are we getting new ones this season or keep our old ones?
