Like a lot of the Scottish sitcoms tbh. Was a fan of chewin the fat and rab c nesbitt, and Still game is superb from start to finish.

One of the best series’ around. Countless hilarious moments. ‘Like f****n Pompeii Beth’ is timeless.

Is it as good as Mrs Browns Boys?

Doon Mackichan is irreplaceable in the programme.

Not quite !!

Mrs Browns Boys worst programme on TV.
Two doors down excellent - very funny.
Another in the line of great Scottish comedy series on the BBC after Still Game and Rab C Nesbitt

As I’m sure you already know, watching nothing at all is preferable to MBB. It’s bloody shocking. Rivalled only by the utterly talentless and unfunny Miranda Hart in the “how in gods name have they managed to find something THIS bad” list of tv shows.

I think it's been better without her

Another big Two Doors Down fan here. Always like the occasional references to Skipton in it too.

Elaine C Smith is great. I agree with ChrisG in that I think it has been better without Doon. Her character at times was great, but by the end of her stint I found her too dominating and to be honest a little too nasty to find sufficiently funny enough. She had become a little too much of an annoying drunk!
