I have no link or anything to back this up but we’ve been monitoring a young lad for a bit who is registered to Nice and currently on loan at Sassuolo.

Never seen him play but believe he’s another of these who can play a couple of positions - in this case centre half or full back.

Might even be one for the summer. Told he’s still very inexperienced so unlikely to walk straight into the Prem even if we did try to get him this window. Apparently had trouble settling in France after moving there from Italy so may be tricky to convince him to come to England if Sassuolo or any club over there want to take him.

As I say, nothing concrete at all. Just one of many we’ve been monitoring.

I'd rather we were linked to out and out full backs and ditto centre backs. Can play both sounds like yet more midgets.
