He was ranting yesterday how he loves “the kid” Muric as a goalkeeper, but under no circumstances should we play the ball back to him

Absolutely clueless. Complete lack of understanding of both how we are set up to play and Muric’s strengths. Apparently he is awful with his feet.

We were going on to Deepdale for a game, in the days before the M65 was finished, and we went in that Brewers Fayre type pub on the outskirts of Blackburn - the one just past the church with the giant blue neon cross.
Sherwood and many of the (soon to be relegated) rovers first team were in there also, and a Burnley minibus pulled in just after we arrived. The rovers players got torrents of abuse and Sherwood left in somewhat of a hurry.
Probably no wonder he doesn't like us.

Surely a well paid pundit would do more research than look at one incident from each of the last two games.

He said Trafford is good with his feet and Muric is good at saving. Making it up as he goes along .
He likes Muric though, so he has something about him.

I think with David Dunn it is more pantomime dislike on both sides. He comes across as a decent guy, even though he's Rovers through and through. Sutton just does it to wind us up I think. As for Garner and Sherwood, what a pair of absolute nobs. How Sherwood has a career in punditry is beyond me.

I’m convinced most footy ‘pundits’ just form a general consensus amongst themselves then roll with it, the amount of things they get wrong.
As for Dunn, I’ve met him a few times and he’s a nice bloke who happily will give us as much banter as we give him.

Garner/Sherwood really anti us - that's OK. We are them.
Dunn is fanlike - banter man and in fun.

When you listen to him it’s amazing to think he’s been in charge at not one, but two Premier League clubs.

Sherwood is a new level of ignorant. It’s clear he doesn’t even do an ounce of research for his role and just wings it essentially. It isn’t good enough and should be called out more by those who choose these pundits in the first place.

Asking Sherwood for his opinion on tactic's and managerial decisions is akin to asking Liz Truss her opinion on how to run a Country.
Both woefully incompetent and miles out of their depth. Awful pundit.

Sherwood once said Tom Carroll would be the new Luka Modric and might go on to play for Barcelona.

Half of David Dunn's family are Clarets.
That's probably why he ain't half bad...
As for Sherwood, a true hall-of-fame member of the prick list.

This just about sums them up. Sherwood comes across as beyond clueless both as a manager and a pundit. Whoever employed him really needs to look at themself. I presume it was a tick box exercise to make sure people with extremely low IQs aren’t left out.

Tim Sherwood ...
Truely the Pricks prick;
A legend in his own tiny mind;
He's so arrogant he doesn't realise how stupid he is;
He's so stupid he doesn't realise how arrogant he is;
Him and Clinton Morrison neck and neck for the Pundit of the year 'thicker than a miners buttie' award.
Oh and he's an ex btard.

Sherwood, or Shirley as the ‘Turds used to call him, is the ultimate bellend of all the bellend “pundits” that “grace” our screens every weekend. Him and the Gangsta ( Clinton Morrison), make Sky Soccer Saturday totally unwatchable, whilst Sutton and Savage make TNT a close runner up. I’ve given up wi telly on Saturdays now, and make do with radio or t’internet for score updates.

Soccer Saturday pundits haven’t had any credibility for years. Geoff knew his stuff but the panel over the years have got worse

Ended up sat next to David Dunn on a plane back from the U.S, unfortunately was very pleasant and likeable.

Some shocking pundits on match of the day like Ashley Williams and Glenn Murray. Have very little input of their own. Andy Townsend is another. They do a little bit of research on players/clubs that more creative pundits/journalists have said, then use it as if its their original material. Just about everything said about Burnley, allseason has referred to our persistance in continuuing with our playing style when there is so much more to discuss about us
