Same old Preston
Always cheating.
I see they get a day extra for the Saturday lunchtime ko, they play tonight whilst we're obviously tomorrow.

Re: Same old Preston
Why are we playing Wednesday instead of our usual Tuesday home games?
Re: Same old Preston
Why are we playing tomorrow and not tonight? TV coverage?

Re: Same old Preston
Having to trudge down to Norwich negates the advantage i'd say.

Don't you be coming on here defending them!mickleoverclaret wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2025 4:56 pmHaving to trudge down to Norwich negates the advantage i'd say.
Re: Same old Preston
Speaking of Preston, all they're bothered about is the price of the cup match tickets and whether they can get away with not giving us the full end.

Re: Same old Preston
We’ve had a day more to prepare for the midweek game.
Re: Same old Preston
To be fair, it was the other way round for the home game against them, and we were absolutely rubbish.

Re: Same old Preston
In fairness to them this is probably their biggest game since the rolled over against West Ham in the play off final. Not surprised they would like us to get a reduced allocation, what they won't be happy with is trying to get the opposition to agree to cheap ticket prices and being told we would like to give you a smaller amount of tickets than the game this weekend at the same time.
They could end up with tickets priced at £30 plus which would put an end to some of the even going with it being on TV, which would be a shame for them as they love to tell us how much they hate us, call us dingles and 6 fingers while expecting people to be offended and hurt by it. Imagine being a little version of Blackburn and enjoying it as they do.
