General Ticket Help
Hi fellow clarets
Just gone to book a ticket on my account as my lad wants to bring a mate but no matter what you can't seem to buy an u18 ticket for a general walk on ?
I've ended up allocating an extra ticket to my son's account under his name as he is the same age group so it let me do it ... would only let me buy Adult only
Am I going to get any problems with this as his season ticket and this extra ticket are under his name ?
both under 18 so no rules being broken
Can't believe how hard it is to just get someone a ticket
Anyways, thanks in advance and UTC !

Re: General Ticket Help
I've had the same problem. My cousin and his mate want to come up from Worksop for the game but given they are both u22, I can't buy the tickets as it only let's me buy adults.
He's set up an account and tried buying them himself to no avail and I can't buy them using his number in my friends and family because "it's a new membership".
Fortunately I'm able to get the ticket office this morning for him but it shouldn't be that way. And all for £32 each too!!!

It's unbelievable... I understand that it's to stop adults buying cheap tickets for other adults but there must be a way to sort itScott Arfield's Swag wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2025 8:00 amI've had the same problem. Re: General Ticket Help
Only way to resolve it is to call the ticket office. They’re still having “teething” problems with Ticketmaster They’ll be having them for the next decade, it’s not fit for purpose.

Re: General Ticket Help
I had an issue last week where despite setting up a new clarets number with date of birth etc, the ticket office had to set up the date of birth themselves before I could buy online. Seemed as if it was routine for them.

Re: General Ticket Help
Despite ringing the ticket office before purchasing a PNE ticket to confirm my son's DOB was correct on account, it still wouldn't allow me to asign an u11 ticket to him.
Ticket office staff very helpful (with that particular issue) afterwards, changed the adult I purchased before it sold out to correct category but couldn't pinpoint why it had happened - maybe because the email was in capital letters on the account.....
