Upgrading a ticket online.

Hello. I’m after a bit of help on the ticketing site if possible. Each time I have visited the ticket office to upgrade my daughter’s ticket, I am constantly told I can do it online. I have logged in and gone to manage tickets but I can’t find anywhere to upgrade the ticket.

Does anyone know how I do this?

Sorry can’t help with that but is it worth ringing the T/O and asking them to do it, also ask them to talk you through the process for future reference. I had an issue a while back and a very helpful lady went into the system and sorted it for me, I told her I’m not very good with this sort of thing and mentioned I thought their website was not the best to deal with and why couldn’t they have one thats easy to navigate for everyone, she said she’d pass my comments on. Hope you get sorted.

Always had to ring up and do it over the phone as also can’t work out how to do it online!

Click on manage ticket for tonight’s game. Then you get the option to forward to a friend, download ticket, sell ticket or upgrade ticket.
