Sorry if mentioned before but PBS America has a series “Edwardian Britain”. S1E2 starts with colourised FA Cup clips of Burnley v Spurs from 1911. No goals to see but we played in Green and Spurs in Blue & White stripes. Interviewed a gent called Sean? Borman who they credited as BFC historian.
I can’t find it on Q catch up but my sister got it for me on Sky Glass, where it is available.
They have a very quick turn around rate so I’ll keep checking for it coming back.

The title is 'Edwardian Britain in Colour' and was screened on BBC4 in two one hour parts. Should be on YouTube or the iPlayer.
Re: Not Clarets 1911
Shaun Borman is the present club historian. He does a lot of work finding "artefacts" etc from the club's past and preparing them for display in the club's trophy room.

I have my Grandads football rattle (complete with claret and blue ribbons) re-purposed from an air raid warning rattle, do you think that may be off interest?
It’s very loud, it would wake the street up.

Clarets Collected at the Library has a growing collection of Burnley artefacts that fans have donated and loaned for the exhibitions. There's a new exhibition coming soon which will replace the current Burnley goalkeepers one featuring artefacts from Jimmy Strong, Alan Stevenson and others. If you've not been down to the Library to see it well worth checking out.
