Forest sticking two fingers up at Guardiola's style of play

Good article on Forest and their game plan without the ball.

It worked well for us when we got into Europe and hopefully we'll learn from it once again next season.

I back us to be a lot more pragmatic this time with Parker in charge. I think we'll have the ability to put our foot on the ball to slow things down, but the ability to sit with a low defensive line and then spring out at pace on the counter attack will be the factor that determines our success.

It's great to see teams like Forest shunning the trendy philosophical rubbish. Hopefully it makes the smaller teams realise that there aren't any points available for playing it out from the back. The established PL teams have had it too easy in recent times.

At least we play long with goal kicks. Similar to the way we did it under Dyche. Pretend to play it out from the back, but then Trafford just boots it upfield. :)
